This is odd because Jim Caldwell isn't good at coaching.

i dig caldwell for helping flacco develop. it didnt show this year because JUAN CASTILLO
WHO WE DIDNT FIRE wtf but yea caldwell was cool in baltimore with me. i didnt notice a difference tho, we signed him after cam cameron im pretty sure right? i dont remember a difference at all. but flacco got more control over the offense under him, and does alot more calls at the line pre caldwell flacco didnt have much options audible-ing and shifting protection at the line. think about the steelers ravens games where flacco struggled, not being able to adjust to what he was seeing, next thing you know its a polamalu strip sack BUT YO what i didnt like about caldwell brandon stokely dallas clark and the other few BUMS he brought in, ex colts he thought would help. they didnt. dallas clark was the worst. drop 9 out of 10 catches. stokely was just old. but yea i could see him helping stafford out big time tho, they could have a top offense next year if they got most there guys returning. but they did grab him as head coach, not an offensive coordinator so who knows

when i say i didnt see a change, i mean in playcalling
we still passed on first down like idiots. and were a pass first team, like we were under cameron toward the end ravens need to become run first again but juan castillo is now officially the o-line coach. so it could be even worse next year. he was the "run game coordinator" last year. pretty sure we were at least 30th in the league rushing. juan shifted us to a zone blocking scheme, instead of the classic power run scheme we didnt utilize vonta leach which DISGUSTS ME. our o-line are all MAULERS. they aint made for that zone blocking bullshit. they engage and MAUL. not run sideways and keep guys busy bullshit
