Can't blame a kids parents. What if his parents were just strict as fuck and didn't allow a lot of freedom and pressured him about school and good grades? Maybe he was being rebellious. Or maybe they are/were pieces of shit parents but I don't agree with faulting the parents. Kid was old enough to know right from wrong but definitely got gunned down way to quick IMO.

That's why I think servalliance should have audio. That would help in a lot of cases that servalliance evidence is used in.

its not because his parents are criminals, (they are, but its besides the point), its there fault because there 12 year old child is not responsible for himself, they are. if you let your kid run the streets which isnt a crime, you should at least instill in him how to act in public that won't lead him into problems, or incarceration or DEATH

the fact that he was in the streets with a bb gun menacing people is his PARENTS FAULT

And what if his parents thought he was at school or at a friends house or somewhere they felt he was safe because that's where they dropped him off and he rebelliously wondered off to start trouble.

Shit growing up, while my parents thought I was at school, I wasn't. I was gettin high and fucking around with sluts. A lot of factors and I'd like to see his parents as I stated before faulting them for this kids actions.

you obviously aren't a parent. I am and know what it is to raise a child. I got a 5 year old in school who I raised in immaculate form, respectful and polite young man. But acts up sometimes in school. You are saying to blame me for him misbehaving? When my 5 year old knows write from wrong and chooses to act up? you can't blame the parents dude. You can't.
