It's a oollllddd baseball injury, playing outfield an threw from the fence to home in one bounce but tore my rotator cuff in the process am haven't been able to throw more than 20 yards without pain since. That was in 6th grade :/
An yeah ky man been cow tippin a few times but usually ended up like dude in Tommy boy unfortunately lmfao

Hello, YDK, one suggestion I can give you that will help ensure the healing process is not furthered is to not use ice, and or cryotherapy's, especially at the chronic stage, in the acute stage its okay. While, ice relieves pain and swelling, which is the inflammatory process, it hinders healing by preventing the healing factors that come along with these inflammatory responses to do their work. Just like a medical study I read a while back, that basically asserted that fevers are actually a good thing, as long as their within reason, and that people that never got sick were some of the individuals that had or were predisposed to immunological issues, just like people with autoimmune conditions- they spike very low fevers, just like oncology patients, or those with metabolic issues that have low body temps.
