This isn’t getting the respect it deserves from NC.

The concept itself is dope. Aliens, existence, God, factory farming. The shit isn’t necessarily about these topics as much as it’s about trying to communicate or discuss them with others. It’s all played out in this light hearted setting, and underlines the awkwardness of getting to know someone after y’all fuck. In combination with that his conversational style is executed to perfection. As a song alone it’s more impressive, realizing it’s just him talking to himself. That’s creative. Lyrically it’s got so many memorable phrases in cadence. Those subtle not so subtle tonal changes in the keys when shit starts to go off the rails. Comedic timing. Writing this type of dialog based verse and managing to hit on profound topics in ways that disarm the listener. That’s genius shit.
