I've been in over 6 amateur boxing tournaments, I will tell you this. Don't over think it, treat it like a spar. Since you're grappling? get 3 moves for each position as your go to. It will make your anxiety on your first go around easier to handle. 3 for standing, 3 for top, 3 from bottom.

Have fun enjoy it, learn what you can do better after you take an honest assessment of how you faired.

i been real drunk this week. i mean im usually pretty fucked up when i post, that's a rule ask uh oh. but this week god damn. i been hella fucked up. cuz i gotta get sober and the weird thing about withdrawal is when you go through it, you actually want more of the stuff than ever.

iuno how i aint died all this booze i drank in like 3 days, not joking at all. yeesh
