did you even read what i posted? im not putting myself in a fair fight in any arena, be it a gym/mat/or street. my skills are i'm 6'1 like 245 right now fat man thugging lmao. i know how to set my feet and throw a right hand. i'm throwing that while someone is popping shit and or not paying attention. if that fails, i failed. then it resorts to quickly grappling and animalistic fighting

nobody experienced is getting caught with a sucker punch. further, almost anyone who does any kind of regular training over a period of time is not going to put themselves in a situation to get sucker punched in the first place as they know the consequences of fighting outside of the gym. it just isn't worth it. egos are stupid and your legs are the best self defense you've got. de-escalate as much as possible.

you're also overconfident in your ability to set your feet and swing as well - if you don't believe me, go to a boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, etc. gym and ask them what they think.

if i were to go to a boxing/muaythai/kickboxing gym they would laugh at me. my right is stupidly slow and stupidly telegraphed, but i know how to set my feet and throw it straight down the pipe.

if you are in front of me in a fighting stance you can get out of the way, so i'd grab you and try to smash you, you'd pull some jiu jitsu shit and beat me handily
