All I do know is, I do not eat sea food. Very rare and probably annually. The chicks does, tho. Majority is red meats and chicken for me - with like asparagus, spinach and/or broccoli - I tend to eat them a lone a lot with no type of rice or potatoes. Like I said, I don't lift to compete so it doesn't matter to me.

BUT...

Cut the wings/ribs and greasy shit out you record yourself eating and I'm sure - you will see better if not more results in the GYM man.
