Who here actually pisses clear when they take a leak.???
After 3 weeks of drinking water a lot on the jobsites, way more wTer in take then usual cause how hot it was... im fially pissing clear again. Holy fuck, my shit was flouresceng yellow for a minute tho

my piss is closer to orange its so dark.

its like if you get cheap eggs at the store how they're pale yellow, the yolks, but then you get the good ones and there so yellow its like almost orange lol

i drink alot of water when i'm working, i just don't piss all the time. i do sweat alot tho. working in the heat and shit

i never feel dehydrated. i just think i got a beast of a bladder

or a kidney problem

You want to piss clear. If it's 100% totally clear it's not supposed to be, but generally you want it to be close. Human beings are the only creatures that walk around perpetually dehydrated. This causes your kidneys to store water in your body. Your kidneys assume something is wrong, you're not getting hydrated properly, so it stores water all over your body as a reserve. Hence the term "water weight". This is more common in women than men. They lived in the cave, away from water, while men fought off tigers and drank at the stream. Still though, you need roughly 2L a day. Once you start doing this you'll begin flushing out all the water your body has been storing. Your kidneys think you're back to normal and begin flushing the useless reserves. Water intake also helps rid yourself of headaches, softens skin, etc etc etc.

Bottom line-drink water. Lots of it. You'll feel ten times better, all the time.

That is not facts at all and there is no evidence to support it. It is a widely held myth.

If any toxins are released it is less than 1% of what is in your body. The Kidneys and Liver are what deals with toxins, not sweat. Sweating is to prevent overheating. Staying hydrated is a far more effective way of getting rid of THC than sweating. The reason exercise gets rid of THC is because THC is stored in fat and exercise burns fat.

I did google it, and found absolutely no evidence from any well regarded medical institution.

As I said trace amounts of toxins may be released but it is by no means an advisable way of getting rid of any sort of toxin. Drinking plenty of water is the best method by far.

i get like a bottle of fiji water, not the little ones, im guessing its a 1 liter, maybe more.

in the morning and while i drink it i sweat like shaq while i work. around lunch time i empty/kill it, refill it and put it in the freezer to get cold

when i get back from lunch i sweat for like an hour, and i wait another hour before i get it out of the freezer

but after that hour of sweating, there is like an hour of barely sweating. as soon as i get more wqater in me tho i sweat again like an animal

i dunno how long it takes water to be processed into SWEAT AREAS

but it seems like i basically stay hydrated enough to sweat

Word. When im working real hard and sweating redic.. i drik water a lot but sweat it out quicker than i can piss. Thats prolly why it took so long for my urine to change color. But werd @uh-oh.. my shit was dark and prolly closer to orange now that u mention it.

Its funny cause ig only lasted two days. My shit dark ass yellow/orange again. Wtf. Its yard to maintain hydration

Like I said there is no evidence to support that claim.

I don't sweat yellow and I smoke cigs all day every day :/

Nicotine is metabolised by the liver and nothing else. Sweating would actually slow that process down.

Your kidneys & liver clean toxins out of your bloodstream

Burning fat releases toxins into your blood, but not all toxins are absorbed by fat to begin with

Sweating is entirely for thermoregulation

Urination is also how the body maintains its water level, so if you're not pissing and sweating a ton you're probably just fucking dehydrated
