U can never be perceived to have been affected by any1 during war time. Using administration powers that ur opponent does not have access to essentially is cheating...an showing that u are unable to win with the playing field leveled. Every1 can see this and it shows weakness.

Zelph getting hammered off the site w endless name changes works because 1.....he is not going to stop coming here....2 he's a nuissance.
