Help With My Account Recovery Please

I tried to log in with my Original account Username Dimand Emreld, but the Netcee System din't let me.
I made a Password Reset several times, but I din't receive an Email.

The email I use for that Account is DimandEmreld@gmail.com

I have received his PM with password. My moderator features appear to be have be receiving a Section 18 error message due to the websites MSQL database. Could anyone assist at all, @Administrators?
