wouldnt you like for him to suffer..i mean death is quick and painless..its almost like he got off scott free if that happens..he doesnt have to think about he people he killed..he doesnt have to answer to anyone about his actions and most importantly he doesnt have to attend to his emotions....everyone is human..eventually it will get to you and you will break down...but if your dead, how does that happen?

I feel that the death penalty would be a bad idea bc:

- a lifetime of either solitary confinement or constantly worrying about getting shanked/raped/etc would be a worse punishment

- He probably WANTS to die - reportedly tried to off himself before he was caught

- He would be seen as a hero, a martyr, by other terrorists

He should get life imo but he'll likely get the death sentence. Life is the right reason for what you said Inno. It allows him time to really think about what he just did.

While I typically am not a conspiracy theorist, there's a lot of strange and fishy things about the Boston case popping up.

Either way, these guys were in gunfights with police so they definitely did something wrong.

Give him life, it would be more appropriate.
