  July 29th 2014 11:59 PM PST.
• Check Ins are due MONDAY, July 28th 2014
• Voting ends Saturday July 27th 2014 11:59 PM PST.
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours
• You will be GRANTED ONE EXTENSION throughout the Tourney. Any extension beyond the first will result in loss of votes.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 16 lines
• Max. = 32 lines
• Limit MUST be agreed upon

General Rules:

• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
  linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
  means you will be disqualified.
• A check in ISmandatory.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
  must match the 1st person's line amount.

I must agree with Hush. This was the strongest showing of the tournament thus far, which is no surprise.

ill nik-A: Your biggest hits were the beard evolution line and the pink poncho line, but most of your verse connected. The duck line would've been a standout had he been making a duck face. The thighs line similarly didn't work because that's not happening in the photo. I found your setups formulaic and often a bit lame, but most are. This verse was strong.

Orc: No one told you to stop capitalizing your concepts? The hint of gray and 23 lines were your best, but you also had no major misses. The Terminator line was weak, and the Fosters line was worded poorly. You used "wow" to start two of your first three punches. I think what costs you this very close battle is your last handful of lines. You weren't as harsh as ill nik-A and ended weakly.

OVERALL: This was a dope battle, actually. Enjoyed both verses, however, do feel Nik edges this tho w/ consistency. Nik's Duck, Pink Poncho & Fashion ass whoopin bars were dope, IMO. vs Orc's crack under pressure & Jumpman bars were his strongest connections. Dope battle fellas but...

Okay, so I have this 7-4 Orc, but it was a lot closer than that. The 4 bars I quoted from Nik were all part of a segment that was pretty fucking brutal. Great, great stuff. Orc had alot of funny material for a pic where he didn't have as much to go on as Nik did. I thought his opener, had it been worded better, could of been LOTB. The New 12 and awful tense closer were my favorite quotes from Orc. LOTB honors go to Nik for that entire segment. I think it was strong enough to match 4, maybe even 5 bars that Orc had. Hilarious stuff guys.

This battle was close as fuck. Great showing from both. Really tough battle to vote and although the quotes are locked, I think Orc had more standouts in this one. Both verses were dope, but I have Orc with a slight edge. Great battle.

First let me say this is battle of the week hands down. Okay Orc knows he's my brother but i feel he got edged on this one and real niggas vote fair, Both was throwing haymakers back to back to back but I feel like Nik's verse was almost perfect aside from a couple lines, his shit was hilarious, Orc dropped some bombs but because all the ones that hit were so solid and clean the ones that missed looked a little bad... this is one of the best pic battles i've ever read though props to both, can't wait to see who wins this cause its definitely gonna go back and forth. I can't lie though, Nik had me laughing although that pic was just too easy. Orc had a few good lines but to me it just wasn't near the same level of consistency. Nik did have the one whack bar about the kid jumping in, didn't hit at all. But aside from that I liked the rest a lot. While orc was consistent, but consistently decent only. Foster line was dope though.
