GWL RULES

[Johnny 6 feet]

-Check ins must be done 48 hours after new battles go up.

-Verses must be posted 4 days after threads go up.

-An extension of 24 hours can be granted if both competitors agree.

-Competitors must relate their verses to the topics given.

-Competitors must stick to the line limit unless both agree to go over.

-All competitors must vote on all completed battles if possible.

-First to 5 votes wins.

-If a battle goes to 3-0 it's ruled as a KO.

-If voting is tied at 4-4, a winner is declared by 2 clear votes. i.e. 6-4, 7-5. If there aren't enough voters for this then majority wins.

-No check in- DQ

-Not posting in time- DQ

-Not voting on battles - Minus 1 vote for every battle missed (unless battles are already closed via a KO or something)

-Going over line limit without agreement from opponent - Minus 1 vote

-Going stupidly over the line limit without agreement from opponent - DQ

-No feeding, biting or recycling old verses.
