You are close to inspiring me to step back in the ring, man.
Have to work on conditioning hardcore tho... I hardly ever do cardio so my stamina probably sucks. Going to hit the heavy bag tonight and time to see if I can do the full 12 minute routine. Sure I'll get to about 4 minutes before I feel like I'm going to pass out. Dope shit. Grappling isn't for me. Glad you're enjoying it, dude. Keep at it. |
