I saw an online doctor…

On Thursday…. Started the process at like noon… filled out the paperwork and had a somewhat awkward webcam meeting with dude.

Why I just call him “dude” is im not sure if he was a doctor, a nurse practitioner…. Or if there’s some other level of person that can legally prescribe you medication.

Anyway the website was getcerebral.com and they prescribed me medication that day. Only reason I’m posting this is like… for people like me… in the US if you don’t have insurance, or even if you do it’s hard as fuck to get to see a doctor for depression and shit, or a doctor period. I haven’t had a doctor since elementary school.

And they prescribed me 3 months of Prozac and Hydroxyzine for depression, and ambien for sleep. Not taking the hydroxyzine… all it is is Benadryl fuck that I don’t even have anxiety. Just depressed.

Anyway just giving a heads up… using that shit you can get a prescription that same day $30 for the first month $80 a month after. Get cerebral is what it’s called.

A physician assistant can diagnose & prescribe medication.

Maybe quit drinking and find a new hobby, like going for walks or maybe going to the GYM. People sleep on the many benefits of working out for both physical and mental health gains.

Fact. I quit eating red meats and pork 4 months ago and have never felt better. Like legit feel brand new man. I’ve opened up to a lot of sea food which I never ate prior and enjoy it. Recently tried red snapper and fresh caught sea bass. Best shit ive eaten in a long time.

Next on my list is Tuna/Tuna steaks. Ive been told it’s rather fishy and I can’t stand the fishy taste or smell so we’ll see how that goes lol.

Judging by the content of ouches recent posts, it appears that he has blatantly disregarded suggestions to pursue health, fitness, and nutrition advice offered. To the contrary, it as if he has begun drinking more often and may even be dabbling in crack cocaine.
