Pro fighters fast I suppose to a certain extent. But my question is for whatever reason have you just like… not eaten for a few days. Or say eaten a bread and butter sandwich a day for a few weeks.

Intermittent fasting works
16 hrs only water and sleep
8 hrs eating whatever

Change the whatever to healthy shit n it works even better

I eat and love food… both my girl and I most nights make real homemade food. It cutting that out would be a huge deal. Let me just say what I had to say… a large breaded… just shake and bake bone in pork chops.. left over at gratin potatoes for the other day… but other than that all I had was pistachios

16/8’s a good way to start.

Fast for 16 hours out of the 24. When I did it, I choose 10AM to 6PM as my window to eat but still ate healthy shit.
