Was shooting for 8. But I'll take 7, considering I haven't hit the heavy bag in a very long time and hardly ever do cardio.

I've put cardio back on the gym schedule alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Full 1.5 hours of cardio and calistgenic workouts.
