Federal appeals court strikes down domestic violence gun law --Pushback on the Gun Nuts (even tho i usually defend them)
I've never owned or fired a gun, but I'm usually with the gun nuts on this issue -- on principle and arguments.
NOT HERE. No way! An accusation won't do it....A judge has to agree you're a threat to someone (often to women & children). This ruling makes no sense and I'd argue is insane. |
