See thats the different between me an you bud.... I dont limit myself to one thing. So for your info not only have I done Help Desk as a tech, but I also worked a computer repair specialist. The best part.... I do it all for myself.

I also have done tools programming for game servers as well which you will see is also in my list of videos
I completely automated the server, to the point where no one ever had to touch the server ever again. Because it gave warnings to clients to log out safely, then backed up the database, then closed all gates for the server safely and rebooted the machine and when the machine reboot it would also re run my automation software and brought it right back allowing clients to log back in without ever needing a human being present.

Oh and while im at it the government dont shut down every other fucking month neither because they are so reliable. Fucking dumb assumptive fool.
