My salvadorian homie does some mean papusas with salsa and salad with all tons of salt on them then adds a lot of lemon juice to kill the acidity of the salt or some shit which I always find odd to my white brain but it tastes goooooddddd

my Colombian homie mauricio does something similar to papusas too but I’m sure he calls them something different entirely?
