Can't kidnap your own kid if you're on the birth certificate and there isn't a court ordered custody agreement. I've already spoken to the police about it after the bitch went crazy even after i called the cops on her. Bitch lost her mind and i was trying to calm her down. Her brother was backing me up. That girl didn't have a mark on her, yet I'm scratched all to shit while the baby crying upstairs. I was the responsible adult covering my ass by attempting to file a report, not get her arrested. Notice the moral of the story diode didn't get. White suburban kid was smart enough NOT to catch a domestic violence charge by reacting to stereotypical behavior from a newly second time mother with serious abandonment issues.

And to complete the story, let's hash out the whole details again, i go to a hotel for the night with my son driven by the brother. Girlfriend gets out of jail and i let her pick him up because i felt she learned her lesson. She told me to come home and guess who paid off her lawyer because I'm just a nice guy like that.

Bitch is crazy, I'll give you that. I'm no saint either. But I'll be damned if i didn't give being full time dad and roomate and boyfriend all my effort.

yes they are. maybe not in all cases but they are. There's some fucked up judges out there.

My homie has full custody with his kids. They live with him. The visit the mom on whatever days. He has had his check garnished and went to court plenty of times for it. Still paying.
