THIS VERSE SHOWS IT IS THE ANTICHRIST THAT THEY ARE DESCRIBING AS "THAT WICKED"

QUESTION:

WHO IS IT THAT IS THE HE WHO NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY BEFORE THE ANTICHRIST CAN COME?
