I don't know that it is, I literally just pulled that idea out of my ass, about the lawsuits at least...it seems like something that might happen, everybody sues everyone these days, really I think it is just that they want to be 100% (or as close to as possible) sure before they tell you.

yeah but the UK has pretty strict tort reform. not many big paydays on the civil side of things over there.
