the U.K paid for Assad to have chemical weapons. John Kerry used to be good friends with Assad

There won't be a Nato lead opposition or U.N resolution for military action in the civil conflict in Syria because of the lack of evidence regarding the chemical weapons usage. That's why France, the U.K, even Russia..an ally of Syria said they wouldn't get involved.

Assad did not want the U.N inspectors there to plant evidence, Putin told Assad to let them in there so it wouldn't look so bad but Assad was super paranoid and kept the U.N inspectors out of the alleged chemical attack sites.

you can bet your asses Obama HAS AND WILL wait for congressional delegation. He doesn't have the U.N approval, France and the UK left him high and dry, and he doesn't have the public support. Had a few other nato seat holders behind him, you can bet your asses that he wouldn't have waited for congressional approval. They are in recess until middle of next week, G20 summit is coming and he would have approved a "shot over the bow bullshit" before he went to Russia this week.

Now if these cables were indeed leaking information leading up to the alleged attack, why no forewarning to the 1,429 people who died over there from the U.S?
