Thomas recipe is a good concoction of otcs and light scripts but for real you need to keep your mind right ... every wd symptom is a constant reminder but masking these symptoms only makes them worse if and when you relapse ...

You could add in a heavy dose of trazadone as well so the insomnia might go away but those benzos and muscle relaxers don't really help with the rls ... I still think post symptoms are way worse then the onslaught of physicals that hit you for a week or so

and the muscle relaxers dont typically do all that much esp roboxin that sht is garb lol

the l-tyrosine is the key imo w the malaise/ fatigue tho

and i dont find traz to b all that helpful...and the dreams ftw, might make relapse more imminent

Well traz is really a heavy antidepressant but its prescribed just as much for insomnia now ... so it doesnt help everyone sleep ... I've worked with children who have taken it but also take stimulants and it jacks them up sort of like benedryl has that reverse effect on some people

Also when you stop your testosterone levels lower severely and that energy takes forever to get back

and traz can actually cause impudence and that 'reverse' affect is bc the window period elapses its like a 45 min period b4 u go from down to up
