on topic: OP did you buy SF2CE because you prefer CE to other versions, or because that's the only SF2 they had? would you consider Super Turbo or any other boards?

also iirc CE runs on CPS1, so you could swap the board out for games like Captain Commando, Ghouls and Ghosts, and some other pretty dope Capcom games from back in the day.

Sadly if you wanted like 3rd Strike or the SF Alpha series you need a CPS3 machine, and Naomi for MvC2/CvS2

They have every version of street fighter tho i didnt see the original version (sf1). Although they said if i wanted sf1 they could get it for me but i was like nah, thats ok. That place was like a candy store for men. They had tecmo bowl, nba jam, tmnt, neo geo, 10 yard fight (lol). Ghouls n ghosts was dope and kung-fu was one of my favorites

I can't lie...I just came in here a few days ago lurkin and was honestly persuaded by this threead to buy one or two of these arcade games for my mancave in addition to a pool table etc. I think marvel vs capcom will suffice, but should it be version 1 or 2??? Also do u know if in version 2 marvel vs capcom u can turn Ryu into akuma by performing the reverse circle and hard punch phenomenon? Gonna prob get marvel vs capcom and a shooting game, and a bunch of shit from thisiswhyimbroke.com. Although I have no idea how I'd get a shooting arcade game in through the front door, would have to prob get a team to assemble the shit inside. NC has too much influence over me.

You can get an arcade game for around $1000 but its a bit of a risk because it'll come from a private dealer aka regular joe
