Zipperhead ... An Asian person, probably made popular by any Vietnam movie from the 70s and 80s then ressurected by Eastwood in gran tornino ... I've heard it comes from tire marks on their heads during nam looking like zippers but it still sounds like something a 2nd grader would conjure up in a fit of rage after being called a do-do head

Cheese eating surrender monkey ... A Frenchman, how mad do you have to be to remember this doozy? Apparently most cheese comes from France and they surrendered to the Germans in 1940 ... Cool think is it was created and coined on the Simpsons but has since garnered some attention in literary work. Go figure
