The more I think about it, Vision and Carol Danvers together could give Superman a run even without Kryptonite. But Bags is right. Kryptonite is just lying around everywhere. Another reason DC is fucking stupid.

Vision is dope, a blatant rip off of Superman from his initial story to his destiny, he may be...but yes...in terms of power he is without doubt one of the top 3.

And although he has joined The Avengers in various missions...I personally do not see him as an Avenger.

Honestly, I haven't stayed up on comics in a decade or so. But I checked in this case. And no, it does not appear that they have brought back the original alien version of Vision for anything.

I have also not been involved in Comics for a while, but if you indulge in latest comics, The Vision of 12000AD was most certianly not an android. Not created by Ultron but an evolution of the virus which helped destroy Ultron.

OK, but that's also far different from an alien. So how is he a ripoff of Superman? Because they have superpowers including flight and wear capes? That goes for so many superheroes.

The Sentry was an awful Avengers-affiliated ripoff of Superman, albeit also without the alien aspect of his background.

Superman would body all of the avengers at the same time. They made him wayyy to strong. I think iron man would find a way to either get some kryptonite or replicate its properties tho.
