yea like art said its matchups and consistency, but also just knowing shit about football.

everytime i've lost is when i'm overthinking shit tho. so while matchups and the consistency of players you pick is a big part of it. you don't want to overthink it. like oh well the raiders are worst against TE's in the league and they're playing XXX who is a beast so obviously it would be a safe bet to start him.

theres no real rhyme or reason to it. i wait until saturdays to set my lineup. but basically whenever i set a new lineup i'll post it in here with my results

i freed up a good amount of cap with taylor and deangelo williams. taylor got me a pedestrian 15, williams was my money maker with 37. i only put up 139 points. and i'm going to win. thats the main purpose of this thread is to show how easy it is to win if you don't TRY to win IT ALL. don't enter some nonsense league where the winner gets a million. its stupid. just put together a solid team thats gonna guarantee you a decent amount of points, with the upside to go big

i had a total of 70 dollars in it this week, i usually just put 50 bucks into draftkings because i win everytime there, and since i was winning there i put 20 in fanduel to try it again with as similair a lineup i could put together but it turns out i did lose those haha. i missed the cutoff by 2 points. fuck you garcon i knew i shouldnt have picked him but i knew bumass desean jackson wasn't gonna do shit and i let the salary prices fuck with me and picked garcon cuz he was the highest price i could afford lol.

but word i still won at draft kings with the 50 i had in it, so i got my hundred there. gonna keep it in and play with it again this week

but yea the contests i do, i get in the beginner 50/50 leagues and or double up leagues. i think the highest entry into them is 25 dollars, but you can enter like 10 different ones. so if you deposit 100 you can enter 4 different ones and win 200. if there is 100 players for example you just have to finish in the top 40 or whatever

also you can just use one lineup like i do, or make a different lineup for each entry

i usually just make one lineup tho so i remember who my guys are and it makes it easier to submit it in multiple things
