zero point energy, is the point where raw power is derived from a source that requires no energy/ effort to obtain/utilize for consumption purposes. More importantly it's abundance for energy consumption is "limitless" and does not require the utilization of fossil fuels and can be drawn directly from the "source" by anyone, at anytime. The continuous method for zero point energy consumption is not branded/licensed or owned by any company, corporation therefore........no monthly bills, no emission taxes.

Does this mean the advent of plasma beam weapons. If so that's kinda sweet because I imagine I'm only a decade or so away from the realization that I could possibly pilot Wing Zero gundam. Nice.

but ask yourself, what gives the right to anyone to capitalize on something that is readily available to everyone? It's like trademarking air, or putting a stamp on the ocean. More importantly why can't something like zero point energy be readily avail to anyone who wants to use it? For certain EPA is gonna smack the shit outta you and you'll get all types of zone violations locally but....why?
