I guess you weren't trolling, or are you? At this moment it's hard to tell since I don't know you but I'll be polite. Take it as a compliment that I respond @Frank, and that I don't disregard what you're saying which proves that you have regained your worth in my eyes. I take heed and I honestly appreciate you thinking about my well being and giving me advice that may help for some people.
However, in my case I have already ventured into the depths of spiritual things regarding anything from actual healers to tarot and spiritual guides that does it for a living. But I'm pretty much done with that now, and I know for a fact it isn't helpful to me. The only thing that comes to mind that might actually help is meditation, but I can't relax, I got too much energy to do ''nothing'' for more than a few minutes. I'm certainly a motherfucking indigo child, don't get it twisted, but this stuff aint for me. I've dealt with existential crisis and came to a conclusion. That's a huge thing to accomplish for someone like me. During this period I've read up on Kant, Freud and Heidegger along the likes of spiritual people and even some religion. The final conclusion is mostly a mix of it all but far from dependent on it.

I'm more the down to earth guy that tries to get how the physical bonding with people in life correlates with the stimuli it gets from outside sources and its final effect on the mind rather than trying to explain it with an abstract thinking/lifestyle.

I don't know where to start to be honest as there's already a shitload of things that needs to be dealt with, there's not as much a main thing as everything is kinda just this huge ball of snow that has finally stopped after running down the mountain. I've already identified some layers to be honest, but jumping into them now would be pointless as I wouldn't be able to digest it properly.
However, helping me regain some sort of stability on how I act towards everyday issues would definitely help me to ready up for the heavy stuff.

I think what I really want to work on is the things I expressed in my last post towards you as those are the most present to me at the moment. I don't know where to begin tho'.

I honestly do not give a fuck whether he's a fraud or not tbh, I'm not losing anything and there's nothing any of you can do to further destroy my mind, so what the hell? Let's see what he comes up with. This is the time for him to truly prove what his words are worth and that he is who he say he is. I'm interested to see what he got to say either way, it'll only help me either way as long as I'm having a natural approach to his answers, even if he should prove to be a hoax.

I also know where I can get in touch with people if shit should hit the fan, so I don't look upon this as anything but possibly helpful. Don't worry, I know what I'm doing in terms of my own mental health.

objective and veritas your belief in science is cool but one reason so many people think these things are "incurable" is the fact that the pharmaceutical industry makes billions upon billions through prescriptions. "OMG no you have an incurable illness just look it up online and btw take zoloft/xanax etc for the rest of your life." It's bullshit imo, you can control your mind and condition it to feel emotions you want it to feel. Don't take the hapless victim approach.

If only that were true NYCSpitz.. Me and my therapist went through several NON-MEDICAL TREATMENTS and we made a plan that I should follow and went through with progress etc. for about a year. It is a flawless system, but it doesn't work on me due to a lot of factors. He has retired now though but I still got the system. The therapist I went to didn't believe in meds either. However, after 5 years of trying to treat sleep without meds you reach a point where you start out with the weakest prescription drugs you can find and then move up from there if the first doesn't work. I'm not on xanax etc., I'm simply using a tool to help me get my life back on track, it's not something I'm supposed to use for the rest of my life.
Saying that meds is bullshit is extremely individual and depends solely on your body's chemical balance. And you saying depression etc. is bullshit along with controlling your mind to feel the emotions you want to feel is also dependant on your chemical balance and how you react to certain things just like how beer is different on different people. What works for you might not work on others etc. You are talking a lot about shit from your own experience which doesn't hold up if you're going to talk about psychology in general. It simply doesn't work that way so I'd advice you to not be so blunt about it because I've tried, probably a lot more than you care to realize. And any doctor that says that you got to take this and this prescription shit for the rest of your life is probably not a doctor you should continue seeing in the first place, I know you're exaggerating but you get my point.

Also; I have never said anything is incurable. I think they are, but certain illnesses is still a mystery puzzle that needs to be solved.

I love NYCSPITZ, dude's my homie. This is just how I debate, it's not on any other level than friendly, haha. But ye, we probably do got a lot in common, we just attack certain topics differently from different standpoints. We got a lot to learn from eachother. I've heard a little bit about earth dragons already, my mother has talked to me about it.

@NYSPITZ: If you're interested you should google it, lots of resources out there. I'm just too lazy to do it. Basicly it's the theory that the recent kids that are born are more prone to be open about things and see shit differently, are more emotional and open for human relations a tad bit powerful than those who aint and approach spirits and is natural healers etc. with warm hands and whatnot. Basicly a lot of weird ish that alternative people say about their kids to make them feel special. You should google and read more about it if you're interested. For some reason I find comfort in it alltho' I know it's kinda fucked, haha. Guess my mother left something with me afterall.

No. Everything I have said is true. I look for answers and I would have given them to you. Do I have doubts whether you're an actual therapist or not? Some, but they're leaning heavily towards you being one. Either way it doesn't really matter much as long as the answers given are valuable which they seem to be. Wish I had answers to the stuff I'm dealing with atm. Wouldn't have asked you otherwise. I don't steal peoples time for my own amusement.

There can be a bunch of reasons to why that is. For example that your problem isn't really that big of a problem and talking further on it will only complicate it and make it worse as opposed to you just dealing with it as it is now. That, or he wants to see if it gets worse/better and how you're dealing with rejection. But I can't talk for Veritas, therapists got their own way of dealing with people and their issues. Depends solely on each person and how they choose to attack a certain problem.
