Frank's legit dope but for some reason he likes to undermine himself with an un-serious persona predicated on coaxing votes due to the sheer length of his pieces. If he wrote to the max, 48 lines, he would be considered just as nice but feels the need to write in crazy lengths to prove his own worth and squash his insecurities.
