I don't think they should change the line limit or word limit, just keep fucks in check when they bitch about other peoples battles over common sense.
You put only a line limit in place an people like Frank will write extremely long lines an go 1k plus words but still be at 48 lines.
The or keeps it to where nobody's reading an entire novel of a verse

Frank is gonna write 8-mile long lines no matter what. Guy's style is outrageous.
