actually battler12 won after I tested everything from an actual database with actual winners. will be much easier now to integrate with a practical use case. moving forward with the web app we need to get away from forums.

this is what it looks like in the database only the participants will be replaced with ids instead of battler1||battler2 it will be 1||2
