50 is what we agreed beforehand.

He’s exploiting the situation. 50 was clearly what was agreed, in the thread, between us both. I wrote 50 as agreed. He didn’t. He went way over and above the agreed limit with some last minute PM as a get out after I was already done.

That clearly indicates you would try to come close to the 80 line mark universe set.

We need people to vote too. Also I don’t even count my lines half the time cuz I usually don’t write a lot. I was called out this week by @Clutbuck for that but I was only like 5 lines over. Bad sportsmanship? Honestly that seemed petty. I’ll count the damn lines next time.

Just let it play out. Whoever champs it, the other one will have incentive to keep winning and get another crack at it.

As for the length, your PM said you were OK with him dropping 80 and you'd just drop when you finished.

Try to look at this from my perspective then:

Threads go up, the topic is “GREED”, I write a verse and after posting the topic has been changed to ENVY with no prior warning or informing me of it being changed.

My opponent goes +30 lines over the agreed line limit, and it’s allowed to stand. I have never known this be allowed, anywhere FYI.

The same moderator, and my opponent, vote for each other every week, that’s 9 consecutive battles in a row in the same league without fail, and you expect me to believe that’s a coincidence? Right.

There’s a lot of foul play going on in this league right now and I’m bewildered as how none of you can see why I might not be happy with the current situation of events that have gone down this week.

It’s sullied what could otherwise have been a good battle.
