You don’t find motivation. Motivation happens when you are uncomfortable with your current situation. Being comfortable is a security blanket that causes people to never engage in things are tough or hard. Putting yourself in uncomfortable positions that are tough or hard are building blocks for happiness and success as a human being.

Not giving a fuck is not a true statement. It’s an excuse. Everyone gives a fuck. You have given up on yourself and has justified it with excuses.

not really it's like the people that are trying to quit smoking, feeling like shit isn't enough motivation to change, you got people on the last lung before they are ready to quit if they even do it then, there has to be a deeper motivation than health.
