Nah, depends if he's CNA, LPN or RN.

CNA's do the ass cleaning type jobs. LPN's pass meds and vitals while RN's just mainly assist the doctors with w/e they need done that the LPN can't do which is hardly anything.

RN's get fucking PAID to do legit nothing. LPN's are up there too but they do most of the work aside from the dirty work that the CNA's have to do.
