I don't doubt the statistics, what I do doubt is that if black people didn't exist, those statistics would also cease to exist, because there would still be under privileged people, just a different colour. And as you brought up Ireland, I can speak for Northern Ireland and inform you we have very very few black people, but we have a quite large demographic which is vastly unemployed, on government handouts, the same people who commit most of the crime. They also all live in poor areas, communities the government pretty much doesn't give a fuck about. These people are white. Black people not existing would not solve the problem you have put forward at all.
