On a serious note: (part of) The Bible, Tao Te Ching, the I Ching, (part of) AA book, and the book of DeMolay (masonry for young men, aged 13-21).
http://keymarkhha.tumblr.com/ You can find various links to music I've done/been a part of there as well.

No, I am sorry -- I have not. I should not have claimed that.
I did read part of the Gnostic Bible as well though... found some interesting things there. My favorite book is I Ching... and you can do I Ching (translated the book of changes) online if you punch in "I Ching online" on google, roll the dice manually or virtually; and it tells you where you are now in life, and where you are headed. |

I can confidently say I've read the bible in entirety throughout my life. But that's neither here nor there. I'll keep it to 3 fiction and 3 nonfiction.
Fiction: Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie Coming Up for Air by Orwell Ask the Dust by John Fante Nonfiction: Capital in the 21st Century by Thomas Picketty The Price of Civilization by Jeff Sachs Finance and the Good Society by Robert Shiller These are just off the top of my head tbh, hit me up on goodreads.com if you want.

Catcher in the Rye is my shameless favorite. Slaughterhouse Five and Catch-22 are close.

Non Fiction:
Sex, Drugs And Cocoa Puffs, Chuck Klosterman The Sex Lives Of Cannibals, J. Maarten Troost Emergency Sex, Kenneth Cain, Heidi Postlewait & Andrew Thomson Blink, Malcolm Gladwell Glass Castle, Jeannette Walls The Year Of Living Biblically, A.J. Jacobs Zeitoun, Dave Eggers I tend to read a lot of books with sex in the title. But none of them are about sex. But I do want to read Boink by Mary Roach. Then maybe I can add a book that's actually about sex to my list... But yeah, basically anything by Klosterman and anything by Gladwell. Fiction: Divine Misfortune, A. Lee Martinez Ready Player One, Ernest Cline Lamb, Christopher Moore I don't read a lot of fiction...

but word the eras and types of warfare call for different shit. I favor ancient warfare mainly because of the heavy reliance on infantry. Subedei was a fucking G. but so was julius caesar. think about the fact that caesar systematically conquered gaul. people portray them as backwards idiots today yet they were more advanced in alot of ways. if gaul itself wasnt enough he defeated one of romes greatest generals of all time in pompey as well and then there is also scipio africanus who was a fucking g that reconquered italy from hannibal reconquered spain and then conquered carthage cyrus the great was a fucking G alexander conquered an insane amount of territory in like 13 years before dying at 32 also I hate on the mongols alot. I give subedei his due. its too early and I cant type like I want on this phone. I wish I had books to recommend so you could read up on others but all I know of are the original texta like the education of cyrus the grea5 by xenophon written In like 500 bc lol |

never heard of him but after a quick google the fact he took 13 ships against 133 and won is complete insanity lol
bad dude but hes an admiral which is sorta different. but yea just kind of further illustrayes the point of there being varying degrees and levels of complete badass military commanders once shit gets inyo AD times I personally stop caring tho and never really looked into anyone other than common knowledge like the mongols. the moors. Charlemagne etc seems too recent even if its a long ass time ago. and I definately stopped caring when guns and cannons came into play george washington was a g too but word there are countless badasses throughout history |

he did so without any prior experience or training, too @uh-oh then there's Robert E. Lee, Napoleon, etc. I'm no expert, but it's cool to look back and see how battles went in real time
