not ur average joe. i'm an animal at swag n flow
my talent so palpable and out control, Al Capone wouldnt challenge this alpha bro gotta mansion, and half a dozen platinum custom jags alone do the math yo.. thats 6 titles and a bad home like the Steelers franchise owns besides the fancy Lambo with black & yellow matching chrome NoKia. even Alvin knows i'm one to watch when the Camera rolls i need not slingshots to reach the top of battle forums i'd rather catapult over 'em using my supernatural power ohms if Karpis dope, i'll carve coke into a powdered form of sour milk til the outer shell crystallizes into pounds of silk, then smoke every ounce of skill known Last edited by jilti; 07-19-2014 at 11:29 PM. jilti: The last couplet killed you. You might have won this battle if you had kept with the same rhyme for all 10 lines. That ending just didn't feel like an ending and wasn't good in any way. I really liked the Steelers line. The Nokia thing was an OK concept poorly worded. Otherwise the content was lacking.
Alvin Karpis: The roaches line was terrific, and most of your content was there. But the swag and flow aspect of this was lacking a bit. You didn't come across with the same kind of voice and verve expected in these battles. You did enough to get the win here, but mix up your styles and use more than traditional schemes. Some assonance can go a long way and will be necessary against Neighbor and Orc in later rounds. Vote: Alvin Karpis

wish this was more than 10 but whatev..
i thought jilt had a nice flow at the start but it got choppy at the end and his content was weak in a few lines. overall, coo verse tho alvin didnt blow this completely out the water but it was just enough to take this. his flow was smoother and content was better overall. vote: alvin

jilt, you started very well with the rhyme scheme flow and I was definitely feeling the content in your first 4 lines. As like with everyone else, the Steelers line was fresh and possibly the best line of this match up. But after those first four lines, you lacked in content and the delivery just did not connect afterwards. Karpis, you didn't have any lines that really stood out in your verse, but it was very consistent from start to finish. The flow was on point and you had a bit more to offer content wise as well. jilt could have taken this with more consistency being he had one stand out line.
MVGT: Alvin Karpis. Good job by both competitors.
