and for the record, there was a case in u.s. law not to long ago where a girl posted a pic on facebook someone then took that picture off face book and proceeded to post it on all type of sex type sites. and when she tried to legally go about having it took down the judge told her since she did not copyright the ppcitures then there was NOTHING he could nro would do that she should not of posted up pictures she did not want no one to see.

if I file, your going to court, your going to pay money for court fees and attournies, all I need to do is fire off a dcma letter to your host, you will be taking down if you don't comply for that letter.
