bout to start a P6 cycle, can I plz haz tips on lengthening elbow tendon. got tendonitis shortened by pressing, I heard reverse barbell curls from a trainer but went online and ppl said that's bad for tendonz? 15-20 reps should lengthen it no? Maybe u've never heard of this type of info bc never tendonitis tho

it's pretty common in grappling / wrestling / etc.

it hurts to breathe deep. only hurts to regular breathe if my belly is full (as i found out last night). the worst of it is the core being used for.. well.. everything. so i never know if a movement is going to hurt like hell, even getting up from a chair and shit. laughter hurts a lot which SUCKS.
