Workin every day of the week, mental health is dangerously weak
No time i got to my self, shit, im just playin for keeps
That money thats comin in, not enough to pay for my needs
Or anything that i want, why the FUCK they blame it on me
That raise they claimed id receive, never came, they played with my cheese
The old me woulda pulled up ready to cock it, aim it, nd squeeze
Crashin out over cold shit, i would raise the degrees
The new me like “do this shit for your daughter” maybe she’ll see
That her daddy is tryin, i feel like cryin, gangstas can weep
Cant quit at the point im at, so it’s either take it or leave
Leavin gon leave me broke, so i take it, pray for relief
Nd i cant even see my daughter, my baby momma a sleaze
So im trying to take it slow, take in every day as a piece
Grindin too hard, aint even had time to lay here and grieve
Tryna stay calm, but wanna turn up, make it a scene
Demons and angels both on my shoulders, they’ve intervened
And a part of me just wants to move on, im makin my peace
But the rest of me wants to keep on fightin, daily proceed

But my will inside, just keeps on dying, daily decrease
And at some point, maybe that fighting flame will deplete
And cease to exist, until then, imma stay on my feet
Consistently fightin battles, laugh in the face of defeat
