They ruin my knees. I switched to jump rope about 2 years back. Most of my cardio is taken care of during BJJ tho.

Yeah I feel ya, my knees been bad for years so runnin always killed me since I quit soccer. I didn't really bjj had that much cardio involved, I usuallyget mine in by getting up an down off the couch constantly chasin my kids lol

If I jog I gotta do it it grass like around a soccer field or somethin along those lines, and then I prefer to wear my cleats that then inspires me to get the ball out so I end up not joggin as much and more kicking at the goals or practicing the small maneuvers lol
