I surprisingly have never explored his catalogue much, even though I like pretty much everything I've heard. any recommendations?

Redman is top 10-15 for me. He's one of the most consistent guys out there. Whut?! Thee Album (his debut) is the critical favorite, but Muddy Waters is the best. Both Blackout! albums (with Method Man) are good, too. Dare Iz a Darkside, Doc's da Name 2000 and Red Gone Wild: Thee Album are all pretty good and worth listens if you really enjoy the first four recommendations. Malpractice is probably lowest on the list, but I own them all because I like them all.

I personally never dug the whut thee album.....problem being i didnt hear it when it dropped....i only tried to give it a listen 2-3 years ago am it doesnt age well....it was borimg to me
