there are very few actual alpha males on here. some of you talk a way bigger game than you ever could walk, it's cause you care too much and that rules you out of being an alpha dominant.

I couldn't agree more, but to further elaborate on that point, there are very few alphas period.

I'd say there are about 80% betas, 10% alphas and 10% omegas. Could even be less of the latter two.

Absolutely. I think that's what a lot are missing. There are different levels of alpha, beta and omega.

Frank touched on it earlier, but one person in your crew is more alpha than the others and if you put all the alphas in a room, one would be more alpha than the rest.
