He checked in and made it a Zero Option, but he NS'ed. The worst I can give him is resetting his record to 0-0. If he showed and lost, then I would have gave YDK his wins and vice versa. But since the most he did was break the NS Penalty I can't award YDK the Zero Option win. It's a shame, YDK's bar was dope.

Basically YDK was NS'ed. It doesn't matter what Options were agreed upon if the battle didn't happen then technically the Zero Option didn't happen either.

There ain't a stipulation that says he has to lose by vote for it to count

The only thing that changed my mind was that it was technically a NS, so any stipulations wouldn't matter. I was premature in asking your opinion as to whether or not you wanted him zeroed. It didn't matter considering he basically NS'ed. I shouldn't have led you on. For that I appletree.
