that evidence is circumstantial, though.
let's be real, all that evidence (as damning as it looks) proves is Hernandez was 99% percent there when the guy got killed. let's say it's 100%. how can they prove it was Hernandez specifically when there were two other people with him with no video evidence unless one/both of the other two flip on him?
