can't get into him as a rapper. thought this was trash

also probably only listened to a couple tracks from him, including this. think the other he was a slave or something in the video? a runaway or some shit i forget it was years ago. i could be making that up for all i know but it sounds right.

Haven’t peeped Atlanta yet. If you think he’s a shitty actor for community you’re kind of just being an idiot. It’s a Dan Harmon comedy show. He does an excellent job at the character he’s supposed to play.

Calling him a rapper after his last album is pretty skewed view. Awaken my Love album is more of some prince/Parliament funkadelic steez than it is rap. This also falls in that category. I hated everything I ever heard from him musically til I heard that Awaken album...that shit came out of no where.
