I know everybody's different, but the only 'addictive' substance I have a hard time stopping is nicotine. I've done it before, it was a lot harder for me to stop smoking squares than stop drinking coffee or pop (Soda, if you're not from the Midwest)

But my point is if you drink enough beer your eventually going to get drunk
if you want to get drunk faster you resort to buying a brand with a higher alcohol content or of course you can buy liquor

if you have too much caffeine your body is going to respond by being jittery, eventually you are going to feel more energetic.
Have enough caffeine over time you soon become dependent on it thats why there are stronger brands of coffee & not just one.

look, I can drink caffeine all day right up until I go to bed and I will sleep just fine
it never makes me jittery either
I legit stopped for a week cause I was afraid I was addicted
didn't even get one headache

Weed effects everyone differently. There was a time when I smoked consistently all day and felt what I would have then called normal.

It alters your brain chemistry. That's why I'd say it's a drug. That nasty word. Happiness or depression also alter your brain chemistry, so interpret it how you want.

I stopped because being high became my new normal. Couldn't tell if the issues I was having could be attributed to the drugs or something else. It makes things murkier.
